Security

Security of accounts, data and documents is part of the ReviCall service design.

Sign-in and 2FA

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required for ReviCall accounts and adds an additional layer of protection for sign-in credentials.

Data protection

Identity and business data are separated, and access to data is controlled by the active account and the user's permissions.

Attachments and documents

Attachments are stored separately from application data, and the system uses checksums to verify file integrity.

Audit and traceability

Selected important operations are audited and application operation is monitored to support traceability and handling of security incidents.
